Reservations
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. There is also a 10% refundable deposit in case of damage or breakages payable with the balance of rental money.
Arrival time is 4 pm, and we ask that you leave by 10 a.m. on departure day so that the house can be cleaned for the next tenant.
